We can customize a package to meet your needs or choose one of our popular packages.
Payment & Terms:
Payment is due at the time of service except for weddings. - Weddings: A deposit of 1/3 of the package fee is required to book your wedding. There is no guarantee how long a certain date will remain and dates can not be held or secured without payment of a deposit, and written contract. Dates during the main wedding season ( April - October) often book a full year in advance. A payment of 50% of the remaining balance is due 30 days before the date of your wedding and the remaining balance is due one week before your wedding date. Additional Prints added to any package will receive a 25% discount and require payment at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards
Area of Service & Travel:
Servicing the Central Florida and surrounding areas within a 50 mile radious at no additional travel charge - For areas outside we can discuss additional travel fees.
Sales Tax:
Prices listed on packages do not include sales tax. Sales tax will be added to all purchases
Shipping:
If you wish to have your prints or album sent by US Mail or UPS there are additional costs for shipping.
Package Pricing:
All prices are subject to change and packages may change at any time. You are guaranteed all prices that are in effect at the time you book your photo session or wedding date. See upper left links for pricing in each category. You may order any prints you need Ala Carte or choose from a value package or we can customise one to meet your needs.
Item Allowance:
All items included in your package, including any album and print allowance, must be redeemed within six months of your wedding. Any remaining or unused allowance will expire six months after your wedding.
Photo CD:
Where CD is included in package, or ordered additionally, CD will include all of the pictures provided to you as printed proofs. There is no copyright watermark accross images so you can re-print them where you wish. All of the images provided to a client on CD may be reproduced, distributed, or printed by the client without restriction and without credit or additional payment to the photographer. The photographer may also use the images for promotional or advertising purposes and retains the copyright. Photos on the CD are high resolution ( 300 dpi ) which is the most common resolution for commercial printing.
Printing from your Photo CD:
There is no guarantee, however, that prints you make yourself or have printed from these files will look exactly like the prints that are provided to you in your portrait or wedding packages. We use a professional lab and photos are printed on Kodak Endura Paper 100 year display or 200 year archival in dark cool storage. When printing on your own, Color, clarity, brightness, overall quality, will vary depending on where prints are made. These differences are due to inconsistencies in the way that different photo printers will interpret the color information in the JPG file. Low cost print houses (Walmart, Costco, Walgrens, etc) can often produce good quality prints but the color and overall quality will vary with each different printing machine and the way it is calibrated and maintained. To get the best results you should print the images with all automatic enhancement features turned off. The files are already color balanced and edited for the best appearance. If the software at the printer tries to enhance what has already been enhanced, you may get prints with inaccurate color and tone. The best advice, if you are having many prints made from your CD at a particular photo printer, is to have one or two prints made and compare them to the original prints provided by us. If you are satisfied with the prints then go ahead and get the remainder. If you are not satisfied with the results then talk with the print manager or try another location.
Online Portrait and Wedding Gallery proofs and ordering:
Galleries include a password protected private online viewing for portraits and weddings, so that you can share your pictures with friends and family worldwide. Web galleries are normally online within 10 days of protrait shoot and 15 days of a wedding. You will receive an email with a direct link to view pictures. The images in your gallery will be optimized for web viewing and not for printing. Friends and family can also purchase any of the images in your web gallery in various sizes as indicated. Your web gallery is free and will remain online for approximately 6 months. If you need more time just let us know.
2nd photographer for Weddings:
We always shoot with a 2nd photographer to capture the special moments that would be missed with just one photographer.
Clothing changes and Props:
Senior and family portraits are ok to have outfit changes. Props are encouraged such as an instrument you play, or sport to personalize Senior Portraits
Senior Portraits:
include Location of choice no greater than 50 mile radius and Studio shoot at no additional Charge
Editing and Touch ups:
All packages and Ala Carte options include editing touch up to remove blemishes & enhance skin tone so you look your very best!
Copyright:
Photographer maintains all copyright of images. Photographer release does not constitute copyright transfer. Some of your images may be used for advertising purposes on our web site or print material.
Wedding Albums:
Wedding Albums: provided with packages are professional high quality flushmount albums - 20 pages in length. Prices for additional album styles are available upon request.
PROOF AREA:
In the "Proof Area" is where your private Gallery is located. You can make a registry, view your photos, share with friends and family, and order prints. We will create your gallery with a private acess code which you can share with your family.
Black & White Prints:
In the gallery proof area you have the option of viewing black and white, sepia, blue tint. You can choose and order prints as you like to contain black and white or sepia toned prints. The shopping cart will show you a image of what you are purchasing in the tone you have chosen.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are available for purchase thru the proofs area. Friends and family may purchase gift certificates for you and will be applied to your order.
Gift Registry:
You can set up a registry just like any registry at a store. Friends and family can add US Currency to your registry towards the purchase of your prints and services. Great for Bridal, Baby, and Senior events.
